Thanks! The water is just a fresnel shader on a more or less flat mesh (with some very slight displacement. A lot of testing to get the falloff on the reflection to work well - I am glad you like the result
Thanks! I'm a big fan of repetition - or maybe "modular design". I feel it can help show perspective, to see a series of the same forms going into the distance. Plus it's ideal for digital modeling, where you can get one small piece the way you want it and then repeat it to cover a large surface
Astounding. It certainly makes me and my lil' DAZ Studio feel tremendously humble. Kinda reminds me of playing along the banks of the aggressively polluted Nashua River by the old , abandoned mills in the late 60's/early 70's before the Clean Water Act.
I've actually been playing with DAZ Studio a little bit - it's a great software, easily as good as Poser). You do great stuff with it! I actually very much like the bright optimistic feel of your artworks (I seem to gravitate toward industrial sludge and radioactive toxic filth when left unsupervised)
