This image was the first concept created for the "Tiberium" project. In actual fact, it was created for another project immediately before we began working on "Tiberium" but it seemed to apply so perfectly that it was decided to keep the design.

This is a mix of 2D and 3D elements, including some photographs from EA's research archive (the city skyline). The image was pieced together, and then repainted to match color, lighting and atmosphere and blend everything into a cohesive image.

I'm glad you like it well enough to come back for another look

It's interesting that as an artist you never really know which images will stand up to "The Test of Time". This one seems to be holding steady. I wish I could reliably come up with stuff like this all the time - but I guess that's not how these things work
