I have to wait until something appears in the public domain until I can show any of my professional work - but in this case the commercial is out so the coast is clear!

These are paintings for the look and feel of the final environment - which underwent a lot of development. I painted onto a 3D render, and some geometry was provided by the production.

Ok the 3d and digi painting work on the commercial is great, the environment is superb, but the commercial itself .... well ..... if I knew where you were right now, i'd throw something big and heavy at you

I'm not responsible for the overall thing!

But to be honest, I kind of liked how it came out in the end. I was very unsure whether it would work - based on seeing the early animatics.

It is kinda funny, but it's one of those commercials IMO that when you've seen it once, you don't need to see it anymore

I reacted - unexpectedly - by getting sucked into watching it many times! I have no explanation... And still, I felt no desire to purchase a car as a result. Go figure!
